Linis RAM or Random Access Memory? Ano ang silbi or purpose?

RAM short for Random Access Memory? Ano nga ba ang silbi nito sa computer unit natin? or ano ang purpose? ang madalas kasi suggestion pag may problem computer or pisonet natin ay "Linis RAM..." di ba?

RAM as define by Wikipedia  - Random-access memory (RAM /ræm/) is a form of computer data storage that stores data and machine code currently being used. A random-access memory device allows data items to be read or written in almost the same amount of time irrespective of the physical location of data inside the memory. In contrast, with other direct-access data storage media such as hard disks, CD-RWs, DVD-RWs and the older magnetic tapes and drum memory, the time required to read and write data items varies significantly depending on their physical locations on the recording medium, due to mechanical limitations such as media rotation speeds and arm movement.

Sabi ni Wikipedia RAM ay "data storage that stores data and machine code currently being used."

In short sa RAM nasasave ung mga data na kailangan ma-access din agad agad 'di katulad ng sa hard disk na nakasave sa specific area or location ng disk at mas matagal bago ma-access... Mas mabilis ang pagproseso ng data dahil sa RAM lalo na kung sa mga games. Kaya mas maganda kung Mataas ang capacity (4GB, *GB) ng iyong RAM at mas mabilis (ex. DDR2, DDR3, etc.)

Pag nagshutdown ang computer, ang data na nasave sa RAM ay nawawala din.

Pag tinanggal natin ang RAM dahil sa "linis RAM" actually we are resetting the RAM because of some data stored that are not erased due to improper shutdown or other reasons that causes the RAM to not erased the temporary data....

Ibig pong sabihin ang thermal paste ay nagsisilbing palaman para mawala ang gap or spaces sa pagitan ng ating Processor (CPU) at ng Heat Sink para mas maganda ang transfer ng init na galing sa processor upang hindi sumobra ang init nito (overheat).

Patok nga kaya ang Wifi Vendo Machine?... marami kasi ngayon na negbebenta or nagoofer ng machine na ito at may mga pangako ng mabilis na return of investment o ROI, ngunit totoo nga kaya ito?....

1. One time na gastos lang sa pagbili ng machine kumpara sa pagtayo ng pisonet at 'di mo kailangan mag-upgrade agad agad.
2. Maliit na space lang ang kailangan
3. Pwede mo ilagay sa mga pwesto gaya ng tindahan, terminal, palengke at mga matataong lugar basta may existing internet na.
4. Pwede sa mga comp shop
5. Matipid sa kuryente
6. Mas mura na internet connection para sa iyong phone kumpara sa Mobile Data na offered ng Globe, Smart at Sun

pero teka muna sino ba ang target mong customer dito? syempre yung mga addict sa wifi, yung mga mahilig maglaro gamit ang kanilang smart phones, kung Fb lang naman karamihan aasa lang sa Mobile Data nila.

Disadvantages (CONS)
1. Mahal ang machine
2. Marami na ngayon na free wifi na lugar
3. Pwede ka mareklamo pag nilagay mo yan malapit sa school at 'di mo block ang mga porn sites

Mas marami naman palang advantage kaysa sa disadvantage pero sa aking opinyon ang ROI ay hindi ganun kabilis.
